Eat Your Way Healthy & Look Good Naked

I’ve tried to maintain a healthy diet for as long as I can remember.  Trouble is I’m a foodie!  I love to cook, try new recipes and experiment with different ethnic foods.  And my portion sizes are a tad…well, let’s just say it’s hard to stop when it’s sooo good!!  Restaurant culture is so irresistable and when I experience something out of this world while dining out, re-creating it at home is a fun challenge.  My TV is always on the Food Network or any cooking show actually.

So I’ve resolved to eat as healthy as possible during the week, particularily breakfast and lunch.   Dinner is less rigid but on weekend evenings I just have what I want, within reason of course, and as always I try to watch those portion sizes.

I found this website where food nutritionist Pat Robinson offers information on how to heal yourself through the power of traditional foods and natural remedies.  It’s coming in very handy for cleaning up my eating habits.  It’s extremely well organized with videos, blogs, articles, pictures and more.  If you’ve got any health issues you may be surprised at how changing your diet can help reduce or eliminate some of the underlying symptoms or causes, without giving up taste, variety or fun.  From fibromyalgia to yeast infections, allergies to chronic fatigue you may want to have a look: http://heal-thyself.ning.com/
