1lb ground beef
2 cups salsa
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup instant rice
1 can heated refried beans
6 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato chopped
1/3 cup sour cream
Brown meat in large skillet, drain. Add salsa and green peppers, mix well. Bring to a boil. Sir in rice, cover. Simmer on low heat for 5 min.
Spread beans on tortillas, top with meat mixture, lettuce and tomatoes .
Roll up burrito. Serve topped with sour cream
