Guess the celebrity sound clue with the Lite Soundbite at 7:40a. Kick start your workday with 95 minutes of continuous Lite favourites at 8:30. Plus, they'll have the information you and your family need to plan your day with news updates every half hour and plenty of traffic and weather updates.

Saturday and Sunday afternoons 3p-5p listen for the best moments of Jamie and Dan from the past week. Mornings are busy with lunches being made, getting kids off to school and everyone else out the door on time, no one can catch ALL of the show. You’ve heard people say, “I’m married to my work”.....well I AM married to my work, and have been for the last 11 years. Dan and I have done some crazy things working together. We’ve stayed on the air for 53 straight hours to raise money for a children’s charity. I also did 4 months of the show from our home after I had our second baby girl. Imagine this....talking on the radio on a wireless headset and microphone, holding a newborn in one hand and making breakfast with the other. All of this while getting the oldest out the door to school! I guess you could say I don’t multi-task...I hyper task!
Moms, you know what I’m talking about.
A couple of things you should know about me. I’m a foodie. I LOVE FOOD!! I love all of it. Well, maybe not fiddleheads...but pretty much everything else. On the weekends, I find that a “good” glass of wine, a little cheese and bread followed with a little dark chocolate can chase away any care in my world.
Also, I’ll try anything. From strange foods to extreme sports; if you do it, I’m game too! I’m waiting for our girls to get a little older so I can go sky-diving. Just in case I die. I want them to be able to help Dan out around the house.
It’s so good to be back home in Edmonton. I can’t wait to rediscover what this fabulous city has to offer.

One of the first things people ask me is, “how do you work with your spouse?” The answer: Easy, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Jamie and I have been doing morning radio in Alberta and Ontario together for 11 years – first in Canmore, and most recently in North Bay, Ontario. Getting up before 4am isn’t so hard when the person who puts their foot in your back to push you out of bed is also the person you laugh with all morning!
Here are some things you should know about me. I am a lifelong Oilers fan. I bleed orange and blue. My loyalties having been tested by years of being forced to live in (gasp) Calgary! There’s a lot of therapy that stems from those years lol.
I love to get outside and play. Skiing, hiking, skating, golfing, mountain biking, even some rock climbing. If it’s a nice day (I’m a fair weather outdoorsman) I’ll be there.
When it comes to movies, give me a good comedy any day. There’s no time in my life for horror movies and very few thrillers. If I want to sit and be uncomfortable for an hour and a half I’ll drive to see my mother in-law in Red Deer thank you very much!
I’m so happy to be part of this city, this station, and this wonderful partnership with Jamie. We have fun every morning and love to share our experiences with you. We hope that you’ll feel free to do the same.

I remember growing up, thinking “Would it ever be cool to live across Canada, in all sorts of places…” Whew – be careful what you wish for. The highs of the new adventures have been as extreme as the lows of the goodbyes.
Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, I’ve called Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Calgary, then Regina again, home. Radio is my first love, but I’ve also hosted TV, and acted. Shot a movie called “The Messengers” with Kristin Stewart. I played Mary, the dead mom ghost. John Corbett murdered me on my birthday!
All my best girlfriends are crazy smart and beautiful – some of us have been proppin’ each other up for thirty years or more… they always seem to find my new address…. And now I have a new one here in Terwilligar!
My brother Jim and his family are in Sherwood Park, so with family here, Edmonton already feels like home.

I am blessed to not work for a living. I am one of the few people in this city that gets up everyday LOVING going to work. Radio is amazing. As the last form of "free-entertainment" out there, I find it amazing I get to use my personality and randomness to help people, inform people and sort-of entertain people.
I also enjoy muffins.

I was born and raised in Edmonton and worked at a few stations around town. I spent some time in Ontario where I met my stupidly tall husband, eventually finding my way back home to Edmonton.
I'm ready to get back to hanging out with you on the weekends. If you missed any episodes of Days Of Our Lives, I'll make sure to catch you up. I'll fill you in on what the housewives of whatever are doing while they're hanging out with the kids from Jersey Shore and bidding on storage lockers with Barry! Hey there! Nice to meet ya.
I am incredibly happy to now call Edmonton home. For the last six years, I’ve shared my living time between Red Deer, Prince George, and Mackenzie, BC (google it). I’ve had a blast in every town I’ve lived in during my radio career thus far, and now I’m taking suggestions on fun “must do” things around Edmonton, so drop me a line with any ideas. I wanna do it all!
I love sports, watching movies, needlessly wasting time on my iphone, and between my girlfriend and I, we pretty much watch all reality TV shows. (I especially love the talent based ones where people fail during their auditions… it makes me feel better about myself).
I grew up in BC, and even thought I was already living in Vancouver when I was 3 years old, I was actually born in Poland. I can still speak Polish, so if you ever want to learn some witty banter, or a few Polish words to impress at your next job interview / box social… then I’m your man.
